On March 28 was held event "Battle of Robots 2024", organised by the Technical University of Georgia, in which students of the Black Sea University, Shota Rustaveli University of Batumi and University of Georgia took part together with the students of the Technical University of Georgia. The purpose of the event was to put students theoretical knowledge into practice in areas such as: robotics, mechatronics, electronics and programming.

The event featured a wide variety of robots, both in design and in tools as well. A tense battle took place, within the framework of which the participating teams received prizes from a dozen event sponsoring companies, including gift vouchers for two favourite teams of Digital Technologies, a regional distributor of Cambium Networks.
